Yes I tell you how startup works and how startup fund calculate.

Guys if you run some small business but your business is make good profits and you hawe good idea to expand your business so u can search some other partner to partnership in your business if your partner give you money and u give your company's share..

In same way startup works guys 
In startup some of intelligentsia people or some angel investors give you some money to your business and take some of your company share..and if you get that money and you expand your business more..so that's call startup guys...

In startup funding u can make some project about your business and approach some rich people or angel investor if they any fund you so u can run your business in good way..

How startup funding calculate?

Guess if you are owner of one business like deals in hotel booking and flight tickets.. And your business value is 1 crore but you like to expanding your business..so that terms you get funding
So you approach some angel investor to give you money and take some stake in your company like partnership..

If you hawe good idea to expand your business in last 10 years so u can decide your company value is like 100 crore..

So if  angel investor gives you 20 crore so you give 20% of your company stake to angel investor

Now you can expand your business and for that you give discount people to hotel booking and flight tickets and also marketing and advertising..

So you expense 10 crore in one year so now people's know about your business and if you get good discount so people always book his plan in your business..
So your business is like grow..

So now next year you can exapand more your business so you can find next investor like venture capital funds and if your business running good so they also give you more funding in that time you decided your business value is 1000 crore and venture gives you 300 crore so you give 30% of share holding to venture capital funds..

Now your business value is 
1000 crore and

20% of angel investor so angel investor money are 200 crore one spending just 20 crore to your good business.

30% of venture capital fund so that money are 300 crore

And your money are 1 crore to 500 crore of 50% shareholding in your company

If your business is good and your expand idea is work so u get definitely funding in some time in this case you  or angel investor and venture capital funds also sell their stake and make money on his investment..
